you know those days where you just can’t not stop thinking about food and/or eating it? when you’re watching the bachelor but all you can think of is what to snack on next? where you hear the cheese calling your name softly in a sweet lullaby? where you have moments of i don’t slightly care, i just want something to eat right now - i’ll deal with the scale tomorrow. and who cares about that bikini anyway. and whatever about all my running goals.
